Each STEAM Studio Session is run like an online class. You will participate in a live online session twice a week with a project or activity in between. All the materials you need will be available in the NIU STEAM Moodle, our online learning community at niusteam.niu.edu. Your 2-week session will have a dedicated online space where you will connect with your STEAM Studio instructor and access all the instructions for your session. You will also get your link and information on how to join the online classroom where the live classes will be held.

Once you register for your session you will receive an email with detailed instructions for how to create an account for niusteam.niu.edu and access your STEAM Studio Session using a special enrollment key. If you attended a Summer Camp with us in 2020, you already have an account, you will only need your enrollment key.

To access niusteam.niu.edu you only need an internet connection. To join the live class, you will need an internet connection. A web camera is recommended but optional. If other technical requirements are needed, they are listed in the STEAM Studio description.
